The Tap List
Every name is intentional. Every beer is crafted to back it up. Follow @ptbrewco for the latest releases and what's currently pouring.
Core Lineup
IPA
Not a subtle name. Not a subtle beer. Citrus-forward, aggressively dry-hopped, completely unapologetic. The kind of IPA that earns its 7.2% — and earns the name on the handle.
Lager
Sometimes you've exhausted every diplomatic option. Crisp, clean, cold-lagered at 6.2%. A lager for people who mean what they say — and went ahead and said it on the tap handle.
Oatmeal Stout
A collaboration with Boss Dog Brewing — two breweries that agreed on the name without much deliberation. Rich oatmeal stout: chocolate, roast, and a silky oat backbone. The brewing is meticulous. The name is literal.
Special & Rotating
Session IPA
Low ABV, full flavor, zero compromise. Brewed for the long conversations, the third round, and the people who show up for both. Bright, hoppy, and honest about what it is.
Triple Dry-Hopped Double Hazy IPA
Triple dry-hopped, double IPA, maximum tropical haze — named for someone whose political career ended faster than the pint. Layered, deep, and full of things you didn't see coming.
Hazy IPA
Hazy, tropical, completely uncut. Mango, passionfruit, and a finish that doesn't pull any punches. If you've been thinking it, this is what it tastes like.
Cold Lagered Pilsner
The name is deliberate. The beer is cold-lagered, crisp, precise — a pilsner that doesn't flinch. Named for the accountability we're still waiting for.
